Connect WhatsApp
Bring your WhatsApp Business number into the shared inbox.
Labeeq connects to WhatsApp through Meta's official Cloud API, so your number keeps its name, its profile and its history of trust — and several teammates can answer from it at once, which the phone app cannot do.
The one-click route
- 1 Open Settings → Channels and choose WhatsApp.
- 2 Press Connect with Facebook. A Meta window walks you through choosing your business, your WhatsApp account and your number.
- 3 If the number is new, Meta verifies it during the same flow — you do not need to leave and come back.
- 4 When the window closes you are done: the channel is live, the webhook is wired automatically, and a QR code appears for testing.
A number already used in the WhatsApp app must be deleted from that app before it can move to the Cloud API. Your chat history stays on the phone; it does not transfer.
If you already have API access
Use the manual option instead and paste your access token and WhatsApp Business Account ID. Labeeq lists the real numbers on that account, so you pick yours from a list rather than typing ids.
Message templates
To write to a customer who has not messaged you in the last 24 hours, Meta requires an approved template. Open your channel's Templates tab to create one and watch its approval status — Labeeq keeps the list in step with Meta.
