Terms of Service

1. The service

Labeeq is an omnichannel customer-engagement platform that brings messaging channels into a shared inbox with a CRM, automation, and an AI support agent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your organisation.

3. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to keep using the service.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you select (monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam or unlawful content, violate the rules of connected channels, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Third-party channels

Your use of connected channels is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the platform and its software. You keep ownership of your own content and data.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination your access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
