Invite your team

Add teammates, put them in teams, and decide what each can see.

Every teammate gets their own login, so you can see who replied to whom — and remove access cleanly when somebody leaves.

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Members and press Invite.
  2. 2 Type their email and pick a role. Operator suits most agents; Admin can change settings.
  3. 3 They receive an email, set a password, and land straight in the inbox.

Teams

A team is a group you can route conversations to — Sales, Support, the Nasr City branch. Create them in Settings → Teams, then a flow or an assignment rule can hand a conversation to the whole team instead of one person.

Assign to a team rather than a person whenever the answer does not need one specific human. Whoever is free picks it up, and nothing waits on somebody's day off.
