Business hours and away messages

Set expectations when nobody is at the desk.

A customer who writes at 11pm will wait — as long as they know they are waiting. Business hours let Labeeq say so automatically.

  1. 1 Open Settings → Company and set your working days and hours. The week starts on Saturday by default.
  2. 2 Add public holidays so a closed day is not treated as a slow reply.
  3. 3 Write your away message — say when you will be back, not just that you are closed.

Pair away hours with the AI agent: it can answer the common questions overnight and leave only the real ones for the morning.
